About Lila Miles
Family and elders have always been incredibly important to me. I am very close with my grandmother, and I was glad to assist when she was ready to move to independent living, and later into assisted living. That experience, in addition to helping others make the move to senior living, gave me a firsthand understanding of both the emotional and practical sides of these decisions, and how important it is to find a place where someone truly feels comfortable, respected, and at home.
I also bring professional experience in affordable senior housing. This allows me in-depth knowledge of both sides of the process, what families need and how communities assess potential residents, so I can guide you more effectively and with greater insight.
For over fifteen years, I’ve built my career around supporting people in roles where understanding, follow-through, and assistance truly matter. That experience shapes how I show up for families today: organized, compassionate, responsive, and fully committed to making this process easier for you
