Clients may request information regarding the personal information maintained about them and may request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information. Requests regarding the management of personal information may be submitted to our office for review.
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide referral services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain required business records. Sensitive personal information is not maintained longer than necessary.
